North America's Highest Peak Summer 2002

Mount McKinley, the tallest mountain in North America, is located near Talkeetna, Alaska. Denali is another name for this magnificent peak. Although there are taller mountains in the world, McKinley is amongst the most challenging for ice climbing. With its base at nearly sea level and its summit at 20,320 feet, it is one of Earth's largest vertical gains. Look forward to the most technically and visually rich guided tour of Mount McKinley that only Ascend DVDs can bring you. Look for it in Summer 2002.
